Pedro Tânger. Entrepreneur, former lawyer and martial arts master.
With more than 25 years of experience teaching martial arts and as the founder of STAT, Pedro brings together people development and the reality of leading an organisation.
His corporate experiences are not about magic formulas. They focus on attitude, behaviour and the ability to learn when a challenge demands more than the familiar.

are part of it.
Do participants need martial arts experience?
No. Corporate experiences start with the group’s objectives, not a technical level. For physical activities, intensity and participation options are discussed in advance.
Does Pedro lead every experience?
Pedro Tânger leads the talks and leadership programmes. Some hands-on experiences can be delivered by the STAT team. The proposal always identifies who will lead the session.
Can we combine different formats?
Yes. A talk can be combined with board breaking or team exercises. The design, duration and group size are adapted to the objectives and venue.
Where can experiences take place?
At company premises, an event venue or a STAT academy, depending on the format and its requirements. Space, accessibility and logistics are confirmed in the proposal.
How is the investment determined?
A tailored proposal reflects the programme, participant count, duration, instructor team and logistics. Durations shown on this site are indicative.
